AdVido.ai provides digital creative services, including:
- AI-generated video content
- Advertisement production
- 3D animation, VFX, and motion design
- Branding and social media content
All services are custom, made-to-order, and non-tangible.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD ($) and INR unless stated otherwise
- Your subscription package plan and payment is required before project initiation
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe / Razorpay
- AdVido.ai does not store card or payment details
3. Project Acceptance
A project is considered confirmed when:
- Subscription payment is received
- Project scope is agreed upon via email/contract
4. Revisions & Scope
- Revisions are limited as per agreed package
- Additional revisions or scope changes will incur extra charges
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Final deliverables are transferred after client approval
- AdVido.ai retains the right to use work for portfolio/marketing unless restricted in writing
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide legally owned content/assets
- Give timely feedback
- Ensure accuracy of project requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
AdVido.ai is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Platform ad performance or business outcomes
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar, India.
