1. Service Commitment
AdVido is a premium studio dedicated to cinematic excellence. Because our teams are intentionally kept small and senior-led, we limit the number of projects we take on to ensure the highest quality results. This commitment begins as soon as you hire us for a project.
2. Production Deposits
To secure production dates and initiate pre-production work (including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and talent scouting), a 50% upfront deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial resource allocation and opportunity costs of blocking our studio schedule.
3. Project Cancellations
If a project is canceled by the client after production has commenced, the following terms apply:
- If canceled before filming begins: The 50% deposit will be retained, but no further payments will be required.
- If canceled after filming has started: The client is responsible for 75% of the total project fee.
- If canceled during the post-production phase: The client is responsible for 100% of the total project fee.
4. Dissatisfaction and Revisions
We pride ourselves on 100% client satisfaction. To achieve this, each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds (standardly 2 rounds) within the agreed-upon creative scope. If you are dissatisfied with the final output, we will work closely with you during these revision cycles to refine the film to your brand standards.
5. Non-Refundable Custom Assets
Any costs incurred for custom assets, such as licensed music scores, specialized stock footage, or high-end voiceover talent, are immediately non-refundable once purchased or commissioned on your behalf.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, equipment malfunction beyond our control, or external filming permit rejections, we will work to reschedule production dates. If rescheduling is absolutely impossible, we will offer a partial credit toward future studio services.
